Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your tableware for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps: 1) Contact us to request a return authorization (RA) number. 2) Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags. 3) Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. 4) Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake in your order. We recommend insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is eligible, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will cover the return shipping cost and either send you a replacement item or issue a full refund, at your option. We ask that you report defective or damaged items within 7 days of delivery to ensure we can resolve the issue promptly.
Items that are returned after the 30-day period, or that are used, damaged, or missing parts, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
